Robert M. “Bo” Snyder, FACHE
Bo Snyder knows first-hand that most healthcare organizations can become much better than they are—and that boards can either help or hinder that progress. His background includes nearly two decades of work at a Baldrige award-winning hospital—Bronson Healthcare. His experience includes advising and serving on the boards of organizations of all sizes. Since launching his consulting practice, Mr. Snyder has served several terms on his local school board, including two terms as president. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business and a master’s degree in health services administration from the University of Michigan, where he also serves as adjunct faculty. Mr. Snyder is a long-time Baldrige Examiner and an ACHE Fellow.
